Michelle was one of the first Chartered Marketer-accredited Marketing Managers at a Legal 500 firm before transitioning to a strategic public sector leadership role. She earned the National Qualification for Headship, one of only a few as a non-teacher and was one of a senior team supporting a school’s transformation, earning recognition as a pilot for the Academy Model.
In academia, Michelle continues to make significant contributions as an Associate and Guest Lecturer, supporting undergraduate, postgraduate, and professional students. Her continued commitment to education highlights her dedication to nurturing the next generation of business leaders.
