Born near Liverpool, Gill Whitty-Collins embarked on an inspiring journey from her local comprehensive school to the prestigious halls of Cambridge University. Her academic achievements and passion for marketing paved the way for a remarkable career at Procter & Gamble, where she quickly distinguished herself as a visionary leader.

At Procter & Gamble, Gill led global brands such as Pantene, Olay, and Max Factor, demonstrating exceptional skill in brand management and strategic marketing. Her ability to drive brand growth earned her rapid promotions to Marketing Director, General Manager, and ultimately Senior Vice President. In these roles, Gill not only spearheaded successful marketing campaigns but also mentored numerous young professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and inclusivity.

During her tenure at the Senior Executive and Board levels, Gill was profoundly struck by the noticeable lack of female representation and the invisible, unconscious barriers hindering women's progress in the corporate world. Determined to address these disparities, she committed herself to championing gender equality.
