The Pomona Partners Academy is our entry-level tier for new talent. People who are out there speaking, writing, broadcasting, but not currently securing the number of bookings or level of fees that would normally make them a candidate for an agent.

For a small monthly fee, our Academy members get access to our platform, including training tools and content, our panel of coaches, and representation from our agents.

Joining our Academy is a cost effective step to finding the path towards a profitable career as an expert in your domain. Instead of having to hunt around for advice, our unique Talent Map guides you on the path to success.

For our Professional tier of speakers - those earning regular bookings at moderate fees - we offer structured guidance through our Talent Map and support from our agents. As well as self-service training, access to pre-qualified coaches and services, and additional tools. Plus, complete transparency about your leads, how they’re handled, and the outcome.

Premier Speakers

Want more transparency from your agent? Efficiency and effectiveness? And to carry on developing?

Premier speakers are our top tier, those who are earning higher fees from regular bookings. We strongly believe that everyone is on a learning journey, so our Premier speakers join us for advice and guidance. But what they also value is our transparency and efficiency.

We’ve invested in technology and advice to streamline the booking process, simplifying contracts and enabling digital signing. We have robust processes to track and monitor every enquiry. And at Pomona Partners we share this information with our talent.

In short, our Premier speakers trust us to handle their leads because we’re open, and we’re effective.
