Hattie Pearson
Iron DJ
Hattie Pearson’s name is most closely associated with music, playing to millions of listeners on Hits Radio each week and thousands at her club nights. But she also has an incredible story to tell about challenging yourself, going from zero to Ironman competition fitness in just 9 months.
Biography
Hattie Pearson is a presenter, DJ, voiceover and event host. In the daytime, you can find her in the Hits Radio studio, playing to millions of listeners each week. And in the evening, you can find her promoting live gigs, DJing her club night, or playing the bassoon in the Manchester Wind Orchestra.
But as if that wasn’t enough, in 2023, she became an ambassador for Team Outlaw, sharing her journey as a newbie to triathlon. She conquered two 70.3 triathlons before challenging herself to her first full-distance Ironman. Today, she is a proud member of the 10Ironwomen network, encouraging like-minded women to show up on the start line.
Hattie is perhaps best known as the host of Hits Radio afternoons with a weekly audience of 1.7 million listeners, and the voice of the UK’s biggest commercial radio competition, Make Me A Winner, across the Bauer audio network.
She is also the founder of Girls on Film, a club night running for 11 years at various venues across Manchester, including the Deaf Institute and Freight Island, and at festivals including Kendal Calling, YNOT, and Glastonbury.
As a host, Hattie has marshalled award ceremonies for large membership organisations and engaged audiences at the Art Battle and Manchester Christmas Light Switch On.
Hattie has provided voice-overs for many high-profile content pieces for the likes of BBC Sport, CBBC, England Rugby, Spotify, Intel, AO, & The Co-operative Group.

Feedback
“Hattie was a pleasure to work with, always positive and supportive of brand objectives as well as our wider ambassador team of athletes. I’d be happy to have a whole team of Hatties!”
Helen Gorman, Outlaw Triathlon
“I absolutely love working with Hattie. She's bang up for any challenge, she's always enthusiastic, she's probably the most positive person I know. As a coach, one of the most rewarding things is that she completes her sessions, does what she says she's going to do and knocks it out of the park.”
