Biography
Dr Simon Moore is a Chartered Psychologist with over 30 years of commercial consultancy experience, helping brands understand employee and customer behaviour. He has experience with global brands and governments across many sectors including finance, pharmaceuticals, retail, travel, leisure, and food & drink.
Simon challenges leaders’ understanding of behaviour, helping them to better connect to their critical stakeholders. He uses everyday examples and some humour to engage audiences and get them participating in sessions. Simon’s work on how non-conscious factors make or break organisational trust and audience relationships and the impact they have on product/service communications, is particularly topical.
Dr Simon Moore has advised and supported brands such as Pfizer, Sony, Microsoft, HSBC, Aviva, Virgin Atlantic etc - as well as Government departments around the globe. He has appeared on TV and radio and in print many times, as an expert commentator and as a spokesperson in marketing campaigns for the likes of Coca Cola, Confused.com, eBay and Samsung.
