Patrick Regan OBE, Wellbeing Activist

Patrick Regan OBE is an inspirational leader on issues of social justice and wellbeing, who talks passionately about resilience, courage and mental health. Patrick leaves audiences with a mission, and the tools to tackle it.

Patrick was awarded an OBE for his services to the young by Her late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. He has founded two award-winning charities, XLP and Kintsugi Hope, in partnership with his wife, Diane. Kintsugi Hope has pioneered Kintsugi Wellbeing groups all over the UK to help people in the area of their mental health.

Patrick has travelled to over 40 countries working with and on behalf of the poorest communities. He is a passionate communicator and equally at home on the main stage at a major UK political party conference, engaging in robust debate in the media, connecting with business and community leaders, or speaking to inmates in a maximum-security prison or gang leaders in Jamaica.
