Abisola Fagbiye is a Customer Experience Strategist and Microsoft 365 Productivity Consultant who helps organisations design customer experiences that are both human and high-impact. With a background as a charcoal and pastel artist, she brings a unique perspective to CX, combining emotional intelligence, intentional design, and practical strategy to create lasting connections between organisations and their customers.
Abisola has built and led CX teams across 10 global locations, designed adoption frameworks for thousands of users, and delivered workshops on multiple continents. Her work spans technology, SaaS, consulting, and professional services, where she has driven measurable improvements in customer satisfaction, lead generation, and training revenue.
Known for her belief that powerful customer experience is created through small, intentional changes rather than sweeping overhauls, Abisola equips audiences with practical frameworks they can apply immediately.
