We gather a lot of information through our informal chats with you but sometimes there's no replacement for a good old fashioned survey. So here it is.

We're calling this the Q3 survey but that doesn't mean we'll be doing it every quarter. It's more just to identify it for future reference. We'll ask as and when we feel we need to get a handle on certain issues.
