Her career is been dedicated to enabling individuals and organisations to develop successful mind-sets and embed positive behaviours for change.
Sarah began her professional journey in PR and marketing, founding her own consultancy while navigating the challenges of pregnancy and new motherhood. It was a crash course in balancing work and life! These personal and professional experiences shaped her approach, combining lived-in wisdom with evidence-based strategies to cultivate resilience, growth, and a pragmatic, "crack on" attitude.
