Nathan Whitbread, Neurodivergent Coach

Neurodiversity is anything but new. Yet few organisations have truly got to grips with it. How do you shift the idea of a neuro inclusive workplace from fad to reality? How do you amplify individual strengths and manage difficulties effectively?

This is what Nathan Whitbread helps organisations to achieve.

Nathan Whitbread’s interest in neurodiversity was sparked by his own diagnosis at the age of 35. In 2015, he started coaching neurodivergent individuals and the teams around them to help them become more effective, happy and engaged at work. He found he could both help people to reach their goals and help the organisations employing them to increase profitability.

Nathan continues to work out what works best for neurodivergent people in the workplace and how organisations can partner effectively to create better, more inclusive, and more effective workspaces. Nathan describes in an energetic and engaging way how we can start to do this one conversation at a time, weaving in real-world examples to demonstrate the impact of investment in this critical area.
