Food: Culture, Sustainability & the Future of What We Eat

AJ Sharp explores the evolving world of food and drink — from flavour trends and sustainability to the rise of independent producers and ethical sourcing. Drawing on her experience as a broadcaster, food awards judge, and industry insider, AJ reveals what makes great food truly great, how storytelling builds consumer trust, and why small, purpose-driven brands are shaping the future of our food systems. Her talks inspire audiences to think differently about what we eat, where it comes from, and the people behind every bite.

Business: Brand Growth, Purpose & Authentic Communication

AJ holds an MBA from the University of Oxford and through her agency has helped hundreds of food and drink brands grow through clever strategy and authentic storytelling. She shares practical insights on building purposeful businesses, creating visibility in crowded markets, and communicating with integrity. AJ’s talks empower founders and leaders to align mission with message, balance profit and purpose, and use PR as a tool for genuine connection, not just promotion. Her sessions blend real-world lessons with energy, humour, and actionable takeaways.

Neurodiversity: Creativity, Intuition & Redefining Success

Openly “neuro-spicy” herself, AJ brings refreshing honesty to conversations about ADHD, creativity, and leadership. She explores how neurodivergent thinking can be a superpower in business, fueling innovation, empathy, and instinctive decision-making. Through personal stories and practical mindset tools, AJ encourages audiences to embrace difference, trust their intuition, and redefine what success looks like in a world that’s often built for conformity. Her message is empowering, uplifting, and deeply human.
